Saturday Contains some whole wheat and rye flour, but mostly bread. Lots of flax, sunflower, and sesame seeds. The seeds are toasted, so the bread is very flavorful. It has a nice light crumb, but is strong enough to be used as sandwich bread. $6.25

Wednesday and Friday Part bread flour, part wheat flour, this bread is very dense and chewy. Works great to dip in heartier, winter soups. Tastes great toasted with nut butter.
