Equal parts rye flour, whole wheat flour and bread flour. We use the wort and grain from the Blackfoot Brewery to flavor the bread. Each week this bread will taste slightly different depending on what type of beer was being brewed. This bread is naturally leavened with mostly sourdough starter, but also contains a little bit of commercial yeast. A fairly dark, earthy tasting bread.
