With the intention of giving full expression to our wheat grown entirely on the high line, the Country Loaf uses a high hydration, long fermentation and wild yeast starter to create a complex, rich and open crumb. A great all-around loaf using 10% Whole Wheat, it takes toast, grilled cheese and French toast to an entirely new level.
